Honing Steel 30cm Fischer
Fischer Honing steel with 63HRc of hardness, with handle in various colors. With an round surface that gives great results, returning to the blade its original shape, resistant and durable.
Ideal to have by hand in your kitchen as the knives should always be sharpened before each use. Sharpen the entire edge, from the back of the blade to the beak, otherwise a curve will form in the center of the blade, which will prevent you from cutting effectively.
We recommend that you clean the surface after use to remove traces of steel that have been left on the honing steel.
